I'm confused. What exactly are you selling?
How do I get my courts set up on your system?
I understand that the first 90 days are free. What happens afer the trial period is over?
What if we decide to cancel the service before the year is out?
I like the idea of having courts online but what if we don't have a computer at the courts?
Can I change the security model for my web site? What are the consequences if I do?
We have a lot of recurring type reservations. Can your system handle this?
Our club already has a web site. Can we run your reservation system inside our own web site?
I noticed on the main page you talked about selling advertisements on our site. How does this work?
What does the term "administrator" mean in your system and who should assume this role?
The Online Court Reservation System is shell web site that we configure to match your court setup. After it is configured you have your own web site specifically geared to the number of courts you have. You also have your own address for the web site so that your users don't have to come to some central site and then click on a menu or check a list for their courts. Your address is in the form http://YourCourts.onlinecourtreservations.com where we substitute the name of your neighborhood or tennis club for "YourCourts". Your members can just bookmark this page in their web browser. The home page to your web site is a daily grid that shows the current court reservation status. To reserve a court you click on the court and time block and fill in the reservation form.
Click on the Free Trial icon in the upper right corner. Then fill in the box and click on Setup My Site. This will initiate the setup process. We will be in contact with you via email through the setup process and we'll let you know when you can start using the site. Site setup is normally completed the same day it is requested.
When it is close to the end of the trial period we will contact you about continuing your site.
If you cancel at any time during the year we will prorate your serice and refund your remaining months.
Some of our clients don't have computers at their courts. In those cases a person responsible for the courts prints out the daily grid and carries it up to the courts and posts it on the bulletin board where their old paper sign-up sheets used to be.
Absolutely. However, only the local adminstrator can make recurring reservations.
Yes. Even though what you get with our service is a fully-functional external web site, it is still possible to run it inside an iFrame under your own web site. In this manner users will not be aware that the reservation system is not part of your web site. Of course, you can alwaye leave it as a stand-alone web site and just provide a hyperlink on your web site to the reservation site.
By default, your web site is completely add-free. We will never clutter it with advertising. However, if you wish to sell space on your site for advertising, to defray the cost of the subscription we will allow it. We have several customers who contacted local businesses in their area and sold the rights to have that businesses logo on their reservation page. In one instance, the customer actually sold the logo rights for much more than annual subscription.
The administrator is a special role that has powers that a regular user does not have. The administrator can change the color scheme for your site, change the starting and ending times for the reservation grid, change the security model, and several other configuration items. The administrator can also make recurring reservations and change and/or delete any existing reservation. In the security model Level 3 they are also responsible for performing user maintenance..
